In accordance with AICPA standards, Zack, P.C. undergoes an independent Peer Review of its audit practice every three years to ensure compliance with AICPA audit and attestation standards. Zack, P.C.'s most recent Independent Peer Review was performed in 2007 and resulted in an unqualified opinion with no letter of comment.

All services are provided by or under the immediate supervision of Gerard Zack. Gerry has been in the practice of auditing and fraud prevention and investigation since 1981. He has worked with organizations of all types and sizes throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. In addition to his extensive experience, Gerry has attained recognition as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Gerry serves on the faculty of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, providing specialized training on fraud prevention and examination throughout the world. He is also one of only nine individuals recognized as Fellows of the 45,000-member Association of CFEs based on his extensive contributions to the body of knowledge in the anti-fraud field. Gerry has written numerous articles and courses on auditing and fraud, and is the author of the book, Fraud and Abuse in Nonprofit Organizations: A Guide to Prevention and Detection, published by John Wiley & Sons. His latest book on fraud will be published by Wiley in the summer of 2009.
